Bute even if your baby shower is simple, it’s good to know how many guest will be there. You may want to hold up the start of the baby shower if all guests haven’t arrived at the begin time.

I’d send them out about 2-3 weeks ahead of time. That’s what I did. I sent actual iivitatnons in the mail. I think that is just nicer I guess. More personal than an e-mail and whatnot. (*As far as a time for your shower. That’s up to you. That date is just fine. Most women do have their baby showers between six and eight months pregnant.)
